The continuous pickling unit composed of equipment such as import section, process section and export section has selected many modern advanced mechanical, electrical and technological processing skills and equipment. While ensuring the stable operation of the unit, it can fully meet the needs of users. The continuous pickling of strip steel produces high economic and environmental protection requirements.

(3) Crew skills use:
(1) Use flash welder or laser welder to weld strip steel to ensure continuous production of units;
(2) The high-tension tension-leveling unit completes the control of the elongation rate of the strip steel to ensure the scale-breaking effect of the strip steel before pickling, and effectively improve the shape of the strip steel plate;
(3) Shallow trough turbulent pickling technology, good quality pickling products and clean environment;
(4) The four-stage countercurrent cascade rinsing system is selected, and the accurate control of the conductivity of the rinsing water ensures the cleaning quality of the surface of the strip;
(5) The pickling process is automatically controlled, and the liquid level, flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity, etc. of the acid solution and rinsing water in the process section are automatically measured and controlled;
(6) The installation of imported loopers, export loopers and multiple sets of rectification systems ensures the stable and continuous operation of the strip steel of the unit;
(7) High-precision trimming integrated system ensures strip trimming quality and improves metal yield;
The whole line of the unit adopts a high-precision communication frequency conversion transmission system, and the speed and tension of the strip are automatically controlled.
